Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 liters of Warm Water
- 3 – Green Tea Bags
- 3 – Tablespoons of raw honey
- ½ Lemon
Put the warm water in the soaking tub or a bucket and soak the tea bag for five minutes. Then remove the tea bag, squeeze the lemon and add spoons of honey. Wash your leg with the tap water, trim your nails, remove the nail polish and then soak your feet for 20-25 minutes. Gently scrub your feet to remove the dead skin and then pat dry.
